All prices displayed on our website are in Canadian dollars (CAD), unless otherwise indicated.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Silencieux Qualité offers shipping to eligible destinations across Canada and the United States.

Certain oversized or heavy products may require palletized freight transportation.

Available delivery methods, shipping charges, and estimated delivery dates or timeframes will be communicated before the order is finalized.

If an additional freight quotation is required, the customer will be informed before agreeing to the final shipping charges.

Delivery delays may occur due to transportation conditions, weather, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Customers retain all cancellation and refund rights provided by applicable law.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Silencieux Qualité is committed to providing quality exhaust components and satisfactory customer service.

5.1 Defective or Incorrect Products

Customers may request a return, exchange, or other applicable remedy if a product is defective, damaged, or does not conform to the order.

Customers should contact us with their order number, a description of the issue, and photographs when applicable.

Silencieux Qualité will assess the request and provide instructions for resolving the issue in accordance with applicable law.

5.2 Exchanges for Incorrectly Ordered Parts

Customers who order an incorrect size, model, or component may request an exchange within 30 days of receiving their order, subject to the following conditions:

• The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in resalable condition.
• The exchange request must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the delivery date.
• The exchange must be approved by Silencieux Qualité before the product is returned.
• Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs and shipping charges associated with sending the replacement product.
• Additional charges may apply if the replacement product has a higher price or requires special transportation.
• Any applicable charges will be communicated to the customer before the exchange is processed.

Exchanges are subject to product availability and approval.

5.3 Returns of Non-Defective Products

Refunds are not generally offered for products ordered incorrectly or for changes of mind.

Eligible products may be exchanged according to Section 5.2.

5.4 Custom-Manufactured Products

Products manufactured according to customer-specific measurements, drawings, or specifications are generally not eligible for voluntary returns or exchanges unless otherwise agreed upon.

Customers should verify product dimensions, inlet and outlet sizes, configuration, and vehicle or equipment compatibility before placing an order.

Professional installation is recommended where appropriate.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the selected product and its intended installation comply with applicable vehicle safety, emissions, noise, and other regulatory requirements.

Nothing in this section excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Custom Manufacturing

Silencieux Qualité may manufacture exhaust components based on customer-provided samples, drawings, dimensions, or specifications.

Customers must review and confirm all applicable specifications before production begins.

Production timeframes, pricing, and any special conditions will be communicated before the order is finalized.

Any changes requested after production begins are subject to our agreement and applicable law.

8. Warranties

Products sold by Silencieux Qualité are subject to all applicable legal warranties.

Where applicable, these include warranties relating to product quality, fitness for normal use, durability, and conformity with the product description.

Any additional commercial or manufacturer's warranty will be identified separately, including its duration and conditions.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes mandatory legal warranties or consumer rights.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Silencieux Qualité is not responsible for losses resulting solely from improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or use contrary to the product's specifications.

This provision does not limit liability for defective products, legally protected consumer rights, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
